- This modification changes the estimated issue date and due date in body of this description below. Correct Issue date: October 21, 2004; Correct Due date: November 18, 2004. Project consists of providing one complete, weather-tight, model year 2003 or newer, 1200 square foot modular mobile office at the Scott Valley Helitack Facility, on the Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. The work consists of supply, delivery, install skirting and setup of a modular mobile office on a Government furnished existing pad, which is sufficient for placement of a 24-foot by 50-foot modular mobile office. Contractor will be responsible for how modular mobile office will be place on the existing Government furnished pad. The Government will be responsible for connecting all utilities and provide accessibility entrance ramps and exterior stairs to the modular mobile office. The work also includes removal of the modular mobile office at the end of the contract time. Standard warranties shall be provided for all commercially available equipment as well as the unit itself. LOCATION: The site is located at the Scott Valley Airport, approximately 4 miles south of Fort Jones, California. The site may be reached by traveling 15 miles west of Yreka, CA on State Hwy. 3 to the community of Fort Jones, CA. Continue west on Hwy. 3 approximately 2 miles and turn left onto Serpa Lane. Travel approximately one mile and make a slight right onto Island Road. After approximately one mile, look for the Helitack facility on the right. PREBID TOUR: A prebid tour is not scheduled. CONTRACT TIME: Contract will consist of Base year with 4 Option years. Base year contract time: January 04, 2005 through January 01, 2006. ESTIMATED START WORK DATE: The contractor shall complete the entire work ready for use not later than January 4, 2005. Alternate delivery schedules may be considered and must be included in Contractor?s technical proposal. Solicitation estimated issue date is October 21, 2004, with estimated due date of November 18, 2004. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website for viewing and printing.
