- The Forest Service requires the non-personal professional services of an Environmental Liaison. Work includes, but is not limited to, facilitation services, review of NEPA documents, and interpretation of policy and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals.
