- This project will include clearing and grubbing, excavation, culvert installation, embankment placement, crushed gravel surfacing form government stockpile, and other miscellaneous items associated with this type of work. The magnitude of construction is less than $100,000. A PRE-SOLICITATION ISSUANCE MEETING TO GATHER INFORMATION IS SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 4, 2004 AT 10:30 A.M. AT THE EXISTING KINGS HILL SNOWMOBILE PARKING LOT.
