Description

DESCRIPTION: This is a five-year IDC. Firm Fixed Price. Requirements Type Hybrid Corporate Contract Initiative that contains one 1-year Base Period and provisions for addition of four flexible 1-year Option Periods. Both Commercial and Non-Commercial NSNs may be added/deleted IAW Clause 52.216-9G22. Approved Source: Rolls-Royce Corporation [63005]. RL042230030000. FOB/Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Other Than Full and Open Competition ? Restricted. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery schedule varies. Large Business Concerns will be required to provide a Subcontracting Plan with their offer. Surplus will not be accepted since offerors must be able to provide the required 5-year Best Estimated Quantities for the NSNs involved. Contracting Officer: Michelle R. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received by the Government within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) of this synopsis? publication date will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 26. Based on market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Non-Commercial, in its solicitation for the described Commercial supplies, only. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government?s requirement with a Commercial tem within 15 days of this notice.
