- RFQ is for the purchase of the following: ---- 3056 yards OF FASTENER TAPE, PILE NYLON, 1 INCH WIDTH, SILVER IMPREGNATED TO SUPPRESS RADIO INTERFERENCE IN ELECTRIC AND MAGNETIC FIELDS, VELCRO PART NO. 1000-001-011-2099 LOOP 1000 OR APLIX INC. PART NO. WX25HL556GS-808; NSN: 8315-00-413-4504.END ITEM SPEC. & AMEND(S); A-A-55126. One delivery to Albany, GA commencing 150 days after date of award are required. RFQ is issued as Unrestricted. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after November 3,2004. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. Amendments to this solicitation will not be available via the Gateway. In order to receive notification of amendments to this solicitation you must E-MAIL the Contract Specialist, listed below under Point of Contact, with the name and address of prospective offeror, phone and fax number and a point of contact. Please reference solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. An unsuccessful offer may result if prospective offer FAILS to e-mail the Contract Specialist of their intent to offer on this solicitation. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The NSN notification will contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
