NSN 2510-01-083-1140, Insulation, Engine. Being bought with Blue Chip Sales Assoc (CAGE 0XJ81), P/N 12256296A. Total quantity required is 620 each, with 275 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 345 each going to (SW3227) Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. FOB destination is requested. Quantity Option Provision at 50% applies. This solicitation is a HUBZONE RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil after the issue date 11/01/2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
