- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO INCORPORATE CLIN 0015 INSTALLATION SERVICES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is full and open competition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, Virginia has a potential requirement to procure the following: CLIN 0001 Model 61XM2A 60”, Manufacturer NEC, Plasma Computer/Video Display with wall mount, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0002 Model 6000MXP, Manufacturer Tandberg, VTC System, 1.5 mbps IP, must include software, NPP, Duo Video, Digital Clarity, Interface, Quantity 3 each; CLIN 0003 Model 999-27, Manufacturer Sony, Color Video Camera with Custom Wall Mount, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0004 Model 2280, Manufacturer Polycom, Echo/Noise Cancellation Unit, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0005 Manufacturer Shure, Omnidirectional Boundary Microphone, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0006 Model MSW, Manufacturer Extron, 6 Input S-Video Switcher with Audio, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0007 Model MDA, Manufacturer Extron, 3 Output S-Video Distribution Amplifier, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0008 Model MDK, Manufacturer Middle Atlantic, Equipment Rack to Include Power Distribution, Surge Protectors, Casters, Plexiglass Door, Graphite Top, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0009 Model SP1U, Manufacturer NEC, Side-Mount Speakers for Plasma, Quantity 1 Pair CLIN 0010 Model Custom, Manufacturer Crestron, Wireless Media Control System, Must have 2 Way Communication, All Required Cables, Interfaces, Cards, Professional Controller, etc. to meet client requirements, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0011 Model RGB-192, Manufacturer Extron, Computer Interfaces, to include Audio CLIN 0012 Model SLVD350P, Manufacturer Sony, DVD/VCR Combo Player, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0013 Model 442-01, Manufacturer Extron, Digital Scaler, Quantity 1 each; CLIN 0014 Model 84HVA, Manufacturer Extron, Matrix RGB Switcher with 8 Inputs and 4 Outputs, Quantity 1 each; This Request for Quote (RFQ) H92244-05-Q-0006 is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The provision at DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes for Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (Sep 2004) applies to this procurement. The provision at DFARS 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program (Apr 2003) applies to this procurement. Proposals shall include the vendor's Cage Code, Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUN) and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
