- Arcata Associates (Arcata/UNITeS), in support of the UNITeS Prime Contract at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), intends to negotiate on a sole source "expedited" basis, only with Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) to provide labor hour services (plus Travel & Per Diem) to implement Phase II requirements in support of the Code M Collaboration as identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ), as the RFQ is located in the attached WORD 9.0 file in addition to the SOW, Arcata/UNITeS' Commercial Terms and Conditions, and Certifications & Representations, all of which are considered the RFQ package. Interested parties have only five (5) days from the publication date of this combined synopsis/solicitation to submit the required information (RFQ, Business Proposal, Technical Proposal, and executed certification package) to the undersigned at the Internet Address listed below. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of solicitation amendments (if any) at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=62. Responses received without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. A determination by Arcata/UNITeS to not award this proposed requirement on a full and open competitive basis, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of Arcata/UNITeS. Oral communications are not accepted in response to this Synopsis/RFQ.
