- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Transportable Range Acquisition System (TRACS) Solicitation Number: AAI020410-04-001 which was posted on August 19, 2004. You are notified that the Interested Vendors List (IVL) is now available for viewing. No other changes to the draft RFP are made with this modification. Questions and answers related to the draft RFP will be made available on or about November 3, 2004. Arcata anticipates issuing the final RFP on or about November 3, 2004. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
