- THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE WAREHOUSE The United States General Services Administration is seeking to lease approximately 350,000 square feet of warehouse space and 1,600 square feet of office space with 15 outside parking spaces. The warehouse should be heated and ventilated to exhaust heat during the cooling season. The building must have a minimum clear ceiling height of 36 feet and the column grid should be approximately 48? X 60?. The space must be located within a 15 mile radius of Hagerstown, Maryland with easy access to Interstate 81 and Interstate 70 and will be occupied by the United States Department of State.
