- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Niagara Falls, NY, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement will be in accordance with a Statement of Work that describes the Bell Gravity Meter (BGM) System Development, monitoring, inventory and reporting requirements. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized. The resulting contract will be a fixed price purchase order. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
