- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis, software support and updates for Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) Software from Telelogic North America, Inc. Telelogic is the sole developer and designer of this software, and holds proprietary rights in providing support of DOORS Software. This action is in support of legacy applications and/or systems with respect to NMCI. The purchase order shall be a firm fixed price order ! for one year renewal period. The synopsis number is: N00178-05-Q-1016. The NAICS Code is: 511210. FOB Destination shall apply. This procurement will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties must be able to demonstrate in writing their capability to provide this software support in accordance with the above description by October 29, 2004.
