- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure on a full and open limited brand name mandatory competition for E-6 In-Flight Trainer (IFT) on a fee for service basis. This action is being synopsized and solicitated at the same time per FAR part 12 procedures. The purpose of this synopsis/solicitation notice is to announce that the the solicitation has been released on the NAVAIR website. All documentation for this effort can be obtained at http://www.navair.navy.mil under the ?Doing Business? section. Additionally all future corresspondence will be on the NAVAIR website. All proposals shall be submitted on 15 November 2004 NLT 15:00 EST to the following address: 47123 Buse Road, Bldg. 2272 Room 155 (ATTN: Ms. Christina R.
