Description: Project Title: Janitorial Services, 119th Fighter Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG). LOCATION: Hector Field, 1400 28th Ave. N., Fargo, ND 58102-1051. JOB DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to p erform Janitorial Services at Hector Field, Fargo, ND. Services shall be performed in accordance with the contract. This contract shall include a base year of ten (10 months) starting 1 DEC 04 to 30 SEP 05 and four (4) individual option years; each option year starting 1 OCT and ending 30 SEP; which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Responsible offers shall be evaluated on the basis of BEST VALUE to the Government. In addition to using pricing as a determining factor, evaluation of the contractor's related experience and past performance shall be considered. This solicitation will be conducted under FCS Code: S201, SIC Code: 7349 and NAICS Code: 561720. The size standard for this code is $14.0 million. This RFQ is 100% Small Business Set -Aside. ALL interested contractors MUST attend a scheduled site visit on 27 OCT 04 prior to submitting a bid in order to comprehend the full scope of work involved. ALL QUOTES are due not later than 1630 hours CST on 12 NOV 04. Requests for this solicitation packages shall be in writing and submitted to SMSGT Brit D.
