- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Agency at Fort Bliss, Tx is soliciting for 3/8 Inch Crushed Gravel. 50,000 Tons need to be delivered to Mc Gregor Range Complex, Bldg 9507, New Mexico. Delivery sites need to be co-ordinated. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award at the time of selection. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.243-1, 52.232-33, 52.252-2.
