Description

The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13) for trash pick-up services for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. The contractor is required to pick-up and dispose of general refuse on a scheduled and as needed basis. The estimated tonnage of trash is 4 tons per day. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government?s option to exercise four, one-year option periods. This is a total HubZone set-aside. The Request for Quotaton will be available for issue on or about October 27, 2004, with offers due on or about November 17, 2004. Request for the solicitation may be sent by facsimile to (562) 826-8067, and addressed to Aaron Villalpando, or may be requested in person. The requester must reference RFQ 600-927-05AV, and include the requester?s name, physical address, phone number, e-mail address and fax number. NAICS number is 562111, Size Standard is $18.5 Million.
