Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of various subsistence dairy and juice products for the United States Penitentiary located in Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract type is firm-fixed price, an indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month period. The estimated quantities for the performance period are as follows: 260,000 ? pint cartons of fresh, low fat, Kosher, 2% Milk; 7,800 5 gallon plastic single service disposable dispensing containers of fresh, 1% Milk; 2,000 5 lb. containers of low-fat, small curd, Cottage Cheese; 1,000 5 lb. containers of cultured or acidified homogenized, Sour Cream; 20,000 ? pint cartons of Kosher, Fruit Punch; 1,600 1-pint cartons of fresh, Egg Nog. The solicitation will be available on or about October 22, 2004 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
