- Description
- The Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forest intends to procure Janitorial Services for the Wenatchee Ranger District. This is considered a commercial acquisition pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561720 and Size Standard is $14 million. The period of performance will consist of a base year and two option years of service, totaling a possible three year contract capacity. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide custodial services for eight buildings,totaling approximately 11,000 square feet of cleaning space. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 15, 2004. Quotations will be due on or about October 29, 2004. The solicitation will contain the site visit information.
