- This is a tree thinning project for the Dixie National Forest. Approximately 782 acres will be thinned. This project is a Hub-zone set-aside. Work to begin on or about June 1, 2005. Contract time is 150 days. There will be a pre-bid meeting on October 28, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cedar City Ranger District,1789 Wedgewood , Cedar City, Utah. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend. This solicitation will be uploaded to this same website on approximately November 2, 2004. Quotes will be due on November 16, 2004 by 4:30 p.m.
