- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; however, the same information will be available on the Procurement Gateway. (ii) The solicitation number is SP0480-05-R-0357 and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24, dated June 18, 2004. (iv) This procurement is other than full and open competition. The government intends to award on a sole source basis against an existing basic ordering agreement. The NAICS code is 336412 and the small business size standard is 1000. (v) Line item number 0001: 2915-00-050-8282, 61 each. (vi) Item Description: HOUSING AND BRACKET GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES SEE CLAUSE 52.246-9G36 (SECTION I). DSCR DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR THIS NSN. DATA IS PROPRIETARY OR INSUFFICIENT FOR COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM I/A/W QAP 13873 QAP-E02 REFNO DTD 07/01/97 AMEND NR DTD TYPE NUMBER (vii) Date of delivery: 209 days after receipt of order. Place of delivery: San Joaquin, CA.
