- NSN: 4140-00-255-7799, Fan, Circulating, 2,365 each with a 50-100% option quanity. Defense Supply Center Philadelphia has issued Amendment 0001 which has been posted to the Procurement Gateway and faxed to those companies which indicated an interest in this procurement. All documents should be obtained from the Procurement Gateway. This amendment issued October 06, 2004 increases the quantity for Item 0001 from 715 each to 1,048 each and for Item 0002 from 401 each to 734 each. The quantities for Items 0003 and 0004 are unchanged. Item 5001 which is the maximum option quantity is changed from 1,699 each to 2,365 each. The First Article Test Report is unchanged.
