- DESC: See numbered note 26. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT with two NSNs. It will contain an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various locations within conus. This requirement is a small business set-aside and all responsible, offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after October 30, 2004 at ?http://www.dscc.dla.mil?. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be November 30, 2004. A written quoted is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Quotes received after the closing will not be accepted. The NSNs that are being solicited are: 1005-01-266-1233, Mount Rifle and 1045-01-111-8262, Otto, Fuel Spill Kit. All drawing and specifications will be available on the web or there will be information on how to get them. It is estimated that the annual dollar amount will be $76,816. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation. (Delivery, ABVS score etc.)
