- Provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the inspection, testing, servicing, periodic maintenance, monitoriy and repair of the fire alarm systems. Specific responsibilities shall include emergency call-back service so as to comply with the latest edition of the NFPA and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. The Contractor shall also provide interface equipment to monitor the fire alarm system from an off-site location on a 24-hour/365 days per year basis.
