- The Marine Corps Mobilization Command has a requirement for Telephone Switch Maintenance on Government owned equipment consisting of 2 each Nortel Option 61 C, 2 each Nortel Option 11, approximately 50 M2616 w/Display, 100 M2008 w/Display and 150 M8009 sets. The contractor will supply all material, labor, transportation, supervision and equipment necessary to maintain telephone equipment. The contractor will be required to maintain dial tone to users, provide moves adds and changes to telephone service, furnish and apply all software releases to the servers, voice response system, voice mail and other peripheral equipment required for interoperability. The contractor will also be required to repair or replace all inoperative telephone sets. The base performance period is 1 December 2004 through 30 September 2005 with 4, one year renewal options. All work shall comply with local city and state regulations. Site location: Marine Corps Mobilization Command, Richards-! Gebaur Memorial Airport, Kansas City, Missouri. The procurement will be conducted under simplified acquisition procedures for commercial services. The award will be based on price, past performance, technical experience and qualifications. The NAICS Code 811213 and Size Standard of $6 million apply. The resulting contract will be subject to electronic submission of payment requests. The RFQ issue date will be on or about 26 October 2004, and the closing date will be on or about the 19 November 2004.
