- This is a firm-fixed price construction contract for the design-build of a permanent urban housing solution for a minimum of 500 displaced families living in and around Kabul, Afghanistan. The geographic focus for this program is the Chil Duhktaran a rea of greater Kabul City Afghanistan. The expectation is that this program will be a fully integrated and self sustaining community that can be a model for future internally displaced persons (IDP) housing. The estimated value of the construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 for this project. This will be a best-value award. The best value award decision will be based on technical capabilities, past performance, and price.
