- Description
- The U.S.Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Cage Code 04939, a quantity of 132 each TEDAC units for FY 2006,consisting of the following LRU/LRMS: TEDAC display head P/N: 13077983(includes AMLCD),TEDAC video interface P/N 13077904,TEDAC power supply P/N: 13077905, TEDAC electronics module P/N: 13077940-009, TEDAC tube/chassis P/N: 13077960-009. No telephone request will be accepted. The Government intends to awar a contract under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can be satisfied by one source. There is no technical data package available. All respo nsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
