Description: This is not a solicitation. This is sources sought notice. Please note, ONLY Iraqi firms located in the Ninawa province of Iraq are eligible for any type of award. Firms are needed to build one-story defense forts along the southern half of the Iraq-Syria border. Each fort, however, will be located in Iraq. Security must be provided by the contractor. Approximate size of the fort is 5000 square meters. Vendors must be able to meet for a possible preconstruction conference in Mosul, Iraq. Do not contact James Addas about this acquisition.
