Description

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Note: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials, necessary to remove existing carpet and install Government-Furnished floor covering in Building 120 (ACR1P) at Yokota AB, Japan. The work area is approximately 6,761 Square Yards ( 1st floor: 37 guest rooms and hallway, 2nd floor: 43 guest rooms and hallway, 3rd floor: 43 guest rooms and hallway). The building shall be fully operational at the time of carpet removal and floor covering installation.
