Description: Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, transportation, supervision, and parts necessary to provide full maintenance and repair services including preventive maintenance inspections (includes telephone & on-site service), for Hologic chest x-ray system located at The Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531. Proposals shall be done on an all or none basis. Operator/applications phone support for users required. Services to be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract for the period October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005.
