Description

REGISTRATION SERVICES AT THE NATIONAL MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACADEMY, BEAVER, WEST VIRGINIA 25813 The government reserves the right to award without discussions. Negotiations are permitted if deemed necessary. Therefore, offerors should submit their best offer initially in the event MSHA awards without discussions and negotiations. SOLICIATION TO FOLLOW, PLEASE CHECK DAILY. Section C, Page C-10, 3rd paragraph should read: Answer the Academy switchboard at all times when the office is scheduled to be open other than 08:00 ? 16:30 Monday ? Friday. When the registration office is closed, the switchboard will be answered by the security contract. There may be other times/situations when the switchboard will need to be answered by the security contract. These times will be determined by the Registration COTR and the Security COTR. The closing date for receipt of proposals is extended to close of business October 21, 2004.
