- Description
- The Natural Resources Conservation Service is seeking a firm to provide a boundary survey in Woodland Township, Burlington County, New Jersey. The area to be surveyed encompasses approximately 2200 acres. Firms shall be licensed to do surveys within the state of New Jersey. Interested firms shall submit a Standard Form 330 Architect Engineer Qualifications to: Contracting Officer, USDA ? Natural Resources Conservation Service, One Credit Union Place ? Suite 340, Harrisburg, PA 17110-2993 The evaluation criteria is as follows: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including, where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; and (5) Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project. The presence in the general geographic area and the capacity to accomplish the work in a timely manner are deemed to be more important than other criteria.
