- Lackland, Kelly, Randolph and Laughlin AFBs, Brooks AFB CDC,Culinary Arts Training Center, ANG 147th FW Ellington Field, TX, Fort Sam Houston, NS Ingleside, NAS Fort Worth, Gary and Laredo JCCs, TX, require an indefinite quantity of milk and ice cream products for the delivery period beginning May 1, 2005 and ending April 30, 2007. Contract period will be for 24 months, and this acquisition will be unrestricted. The Request for Proposal (RFP)will also be posted on the DLA-BSM DIBBS website. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
