- Description
- The U.S. Border Patrol, Tucson Sector Detention Facility, has a requirement for an on-demand food service to provide meals to detainees at a 24/7 detention facility. This will be an indefinite quantity contract with monthly invoices. The performance period of this acquisition will be fiscal year 2005. Meals will consist of a breakfast sandwich, milk, or juice during the morning hours. Lunch/dinner will consist of a sandwich, milk, or juice. Meals will be available for pick-up within one to two hours of receiving the request from the detention facility, if the potential vendor is within 5 miles of the Tucson Sector Detention Facility. Any vendor outside of the 5-mile radius will be required to deliver requirements. This acquisition is conducted under full and open competition.
