- Description
- The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has a requirement for an executive search firm with strong abilities in hiring former military personnel for executive positions in all disciplines. A 3-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is anticipated for the award of this procurement. The total expenditure under this BPA shall not exceed $100,000.00. This acquisition is being competed using the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Subpart 13.1 ? Procedures. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561310. This requirement is not set aside for small businesses, and all interested executive search firms are encouraged to respond to this synopsis. A solicitation will not follow this announcement. In order to be considered responsive to this Request for Quotes (RFQ), offerors shall submit their quote via email to kerri.bishop@dhs.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2004. Quotes shall be submitted as a Microsoft Word attachment to the email and shall contain the following information: 1. All costs/fees (i.e. percentage of salary) chargeable to the Government to hire one person. 2. Three past performance references that CBP may contact ? include name of agency/business, Point of Contact with their address, telephone number, and email address. Award shall be made to a responsible offeror and shall be made using a best value determination. Each quotation submitted will be evaluated based on the following factors: Past performance and the costs/fees associated with hiring one person. All interested offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to receive award. If not currently registered, please go to www.ccr.gov to complete the registration.
