Request for Quotation (RFQ) was issued to solicit questions and comments in regards to the attached Statement of Objective (SOO) for a proposed Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity service contract. It is anticipated that the Final RFQ and Statement of objective will be issued through GSA's FTS database, Information Technology Solutions Shop - ITSS (it-solutions.gsa.gov) on 15 October 2004. All quotes must be submitted through ITSS. If your firm has not registered with ITSS, you may obtain information on registering in ITSS by calling 1-877-243-2889 or via the Internet at https://it-solutions.gsa.gov. Please note registration typically takes two business days.
