- Mod. of Schedule of Items, all NSN's are 8030's, must sign/return the SF30 with BPA package. BPA 6FLS-N1-042420-I for FSC 8030, Misc. Compounds, issuing October 6th, 2004. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 21 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN?s). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 12/1/2004 or date of award, through 11/30/2009(or 5 years from date of award). The 21 NSN?s are In Accordance With various Military Specifications and Brand names. If you offer on a Brand Name NSN, it must be that brand name ONLY (no others will be accepted). Only those manufacturers whose products appear on the QPL will qualify for an award. (If a distributor submits an offer, a letter from the qualified manufacturer must accompany the offer/package). See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 30 DARO and FOB origin. Quantity breaks are included on the Bid Schedule and award will be made in the aggregate (item by item basis). This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offer, with quantity break prices, in the bid schedule that precedes the Schedule of Items (descriptions).
