- This solicitation will be made available for download from the FedBizOpps (check one): X YES Text: This synopsis was previously issued under Solicitation No. AB133F-04-RP-0090 which has since been cancelled. This project consists of the installation of new marine pipelines and electrical cable both in Clam Bay at the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Manchester Field Station. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work must be completed by October 1, 2005. Solicitation documents will be available for download on or about September 21, 2004. A written request must be sent to NOAA/WASC/AMD, Attention: Kristina Loesell, 7600 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle WA 98115-6349. Telephone or facsimile requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990 and a concern is considered a small business if its average annual receipts are $28.5 million or less. A presolicitation announcement is being issued concurrently with this notice. For a copy of the solicitation, you must register on the FBO to "receive notification".
