- Description
- This initiative is for the establishment of an IQC (Indefinite Quantity Contract). The acquisition will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 15, as an unrestricted Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, using Other Than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304?(1). All items 225 have been determined to be non-commercial. The items being solicited are various part numbered items where General Dynamics Corp. is an approved source and/or has supplied the item in the past either directly or through dealers. These items would encompass all DLA NSNs as well as other services. Items within this scope may be added to this initiative or any resulting contract(s) at a later date in accordance with H15D01, Addition/Deletion of Items on Schedule. The resulting contract(s) will have one base year followed by 4 option years. The estimated annual demand value is approximately 2 million. Access to the NSNs and P/N?s included in this solicitation will be available for download on the date of issue, on or about Oct 29, 2004. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
