- Description
- All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered for this five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (one base year and four one-year options). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources are Servo Instrument (19176) and MOOG Aircraft Group (19156). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described section M of the solicitation. NSN 5905-00-821-4395 Item Description: Resistance Element. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Servo Instrument (19176) P/N 1847-0562 and EW-2056 and MOOG Aircraft Group P/N 41B145. Delivery Requirement is 120 days. Unit of Issue: Each. The FOB point is destination and the Inspection and Acceptance points are origin. This solicitation will cover quantities ranging from 25 each to 750 each. The solicitation will open on October 15, 2004 and close November 15, 2004. See Numbered notes 12 and 26
