- Description
- The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) Mechanicsburg, in Mechanicsburg., PA requires a contractor to furnish all labor, tools, supplies (including tires), repair parts, oil, grease, fuel filters, air filters, oil filters, etc., to perform timely and effective preventive maintenance (PM), service calls, and repair service, including performing Limited Technical Inspection (LTI), when required for Material Handling Equipment. All repairs and preventive maintenance services are to be made in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) manual. The contractor shall be paid for the actual services provided. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable environmental protection regulations. Contractor must be able to respond to minor unscheduled repairs/service calls within a maximum of 48 hours. Some of the items to be maintained are as follows: Hyster 4K and 15K Forklifts, Yale 3K and 4K Forklifts, Clark 2K, 4K and 10K Forklifts. Period of performance shall be from date of award through September 30, 2004 with 2 one year options. This is a 100% small business set aside. NAICS is 811310. Size standard - $6.0 Million. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Required Central Contractor Registration" applies to all solicitations issued on/or after 06-01-98.
