- Description
- The Presolicitation Notice for RFP21203-018-4 is amended as follows: Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make multiple awards for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Ray Brook, New York. However, the government reserves the right to make a single award if determined to be in the government's best interest. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity requirements with firm fixed unit prices. The date for receipt of proposals is extended to May 14, 2004 at 2:00 PM Central Time. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Offerors previously responding may resubmit or revise their proposals as necessary. The contract shall consist of a 12 month base period and four 12 month option periods for renewal. The Estimated Quantities for the Base Year and all Option Years is: Inpatient Days - Guaranteed Minimum 6 days - Estimated Maximum 60 days; Outpatient Visits - Guaranteed Minimum 40 visits - Estimated Maximum 400 visits. Estimated quantities for on-site institutional services remain the same as stated in the original solictation and represent the requirements portion of this solicitation. A solicitation amendment incorporating all changes will be posted to the fedbizopps website. All interested parties are responsible to review the amended solicitation which will be available through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
