- Contractor is to furnish and install shelves, price tag molding and panels into Hussmann refrigerated produce cases for the Schofield Barracks HI. Commissary. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be released on or about 8 October 2004. This RFQ will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code.
