- The USIECR is seeking a qualified Graphics Design firm to create materials for a conference scheduled in May 2005. Services include development of a conference logo, design and production management of various print and electronic marketing materials, and development and implementation of media outreach services. The complete solicitation will be issued on October 12, 2004.
