- Solicitation No. 4NJJSCTY is ammended as follows: The US Government is interested in leasing approximately 5,700 rentable square feet of office space in Jersey City, New Jersey. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of of 4,100 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet to a maximum of 4,600 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. The delineated area is as follows North: 11th Street Viaduct/Newport Parkway, South: Abutting Morris Canal Basin, East: Border along Hudson River, and West: Louis Munoz Marin Boulevard. The Government will consider the costs of moving, alterations, and other cost factors when considering any given office space for this procurement. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
