- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode idsland (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase the following items: Item 001: Idler Drum Mounting Hub IAW Drawing #53X=01-102, qty (2). Item 0002, Drive Drum Mount IAW Drawing #53X-91-0-101, qty (1). Item 0003, Drum Shaft IAW Drawing #53X-01-163, qty (2). Required Delivery is 60 days after award, FOB Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. This is 100% set aside for small business. Size standard is 500 employees. Evaluation factors are technical capability, price and past performance, with technical capability being slightly more important. Offers should include price and delivery terms. A solicitation is expected to be released on our website on or about Oct 19, 2004. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
