- Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order for conference facilities to include room and board to Double Tree Hotel San Francisco Airport, CA. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The dates are from 18 Oct 04 through 21 Oct 04. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 531120 applies. SIC 6512 applies. The small business size standard is $6 million. This notice serves as information only and does not obligate the Government to make an award, nor does the Government incur any costs as a result of this posting.
