Description

The Government has a requirement for professional Architect/Engineering (A/E) services to provide design services for Project 568-05-105, High Voltage Improvements at the VA Medical Center, Fort Meade, SD 57741. NOTE: Area of consideration is limited to a 100 mile radius of the Medical Center (113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD) Project estimated cost: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The A/E shall provide all architectural and engineering services to include site investigation, design development, complete contract drawings and specifications, technical reports, costs estimates, construction period services and site visits. Work includes architectural, electrical, etc. All new work shall meet all applicable VA design criteria, construction standards, national electrical codes and life safety codes. The NAICS code is 541310 and the size standard is $4 million. This is a total Emerging Small Business Set-aside. A/E selection will be based on the professional and specialized services as stated in Numbered Note 24. All interested, responsible and qualified business firms shall submit one (1) copy of SF 254 and SF 255 to the attention of Spencer Paladino (FIN-20) at the above address. Forms must be received no later than 4:30 p.m Local Time. November 9, 2004. The forms may be downloaded from www.gsa.gov/forms. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and a solicitation document does not exist.
