Approved source: Zip-Chem Products, CAGE 1KQX9, PART NUMBER: CALLA 296, ODGEN ALC DWG 9825019C, Basic DTD 03/07/01, SPEC NR SOURCE CONTROLLED ITEM, Basic DTD 10/29/01, Amend NR DTD Type Number. FOB Destination. Destination inspection required. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. QAP 002 applies. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. The request for proposal is solicited Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Commercial item. It will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 355 CO. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 71 CO. Automated Best Value System applies.
