Approved sources: Grumman St. Augustine Corp (Cage 61174), Precision Mfg Company (Cage 92037),Internation Rite-Way Products (Cage 00WV8) and Chem-Fab Corp (Cage 00WV8). P/N 160D713402-11 Rev C. Terms: FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requested production delivery is 84 days ARO. This item is not identified as a Navy Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control and Critical Application apply. Government First Article Approval is required, sample size 1 each. QAP 007. DSCR does not currently have any approved technical data package available for this nsn. This solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one-year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 294 each for the base year and 216 each for each option year.
