- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSAL ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. *****This solicitation, W914NS-04-R-0190, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Perimeter Security. This Solicitation can only be found on this site. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 24, through July 2004. The associated NAICS code is 922190. The Baghdad Project and Contracting Office (PCO Contracting Activity), Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for the following: BIDDERS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THE SOLICITATION RESPONSE TIME HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNDER AMENDMENT 03.
